To be truly effective – in good times and in times of great challenge – leaders must master the ability to influence others. Without the ability to influence the minds and hearts of your teams, you may reach your goals, but it will take time and effort. 

Effective leaders don’t command; they inspire, persuade, and encourage. Leaders tap the knowledge and skills of a group, point individuals toward a common goal, and draw out a commitment to achieve results.

This session starts by exploring your own values and goals when applying  influence, because with the wrong intension, influence can morph into manipulation. By focusing on your intention,  you can be assured that your influence comes from a place of authenticity and has the greatest impact on your organization.
