Managing Emotions

One of four categories, exploring the importance of managing the six emotions that hold the keys to achieving life goals and happiness. Each topic incorporates personal reflection and actions that ultimately stimulate neurological pathways leading to positive thought processes, impacting both the present and future.

It’s important to acknowledge your feelings while also recognizing that your emotions don't have to control you.  In this section we teach you to label your emotions, question your assumptions and then reframe your thoughts.
